FAQs

Questions Golfers Ask Before Their First Bay Session

The things clients most often want to know before and after a session, answered directly.

Is indoor fitting data actually as accurate as outdoor testing?

More accurate for comparison purposes, because the only variable that changes between two clubs is the club itself. Dual radar-and-camera tracking reconciles ball flight and clubhead delivery on every swing, so the numbers hold up once you're back outside on the course.

Do I need to be a low-handicap golfer to book a session?

No. Bay fitting helps golfers at every level — higher-handicap players often see the biggest gains, since off-the-rack clubs rarely account for an inconsistent strike location.

How long does a bay session take?

Single-club sessions (driver, fairway wood, hybrid, wedge, or putter) run 45–60 minutes. Iron set sessions run 60–90 minutes. A full bag session covering every club typically takes 2.5–3 hours.

What happens if it's storming outside on my appointment day?

Nothing changes. Every bay is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so weather outside has zero effect on your session — one of the main reasons golfers book with us over an outdoor cart.

Do I have to buy clubs after my session?

No. There's no obligation to purchase. You'll receive a written data report with our recommendations and can decide later. If you do order, your session fee is credited in full toward the build.

What should I bring to my session?

Bring your current clubs relevant to the fitting, the shoes you normally wear to play, and a rough sense of your typical scores or handicap if you know it.

How does the impact screen compare to hitting on real turf?

Our impact screens and turf mats are graded to replicate firm Middle Tennessee fairway conditions, so wedge and iron feedback carries over. Nothing fully substitutes for the course, but a calibrated indoor surface is far more consistent than outdoor turf that changes week to week.

How long does it take to receive new clubs after ordering?

Most builds finish in-house within one week of ordering, since we stock components and build on-site rather than sending orders to an outside factory queue.

Do you fit left-handed golfers?

Yes. Our demo wall includes left-handed heads across every major category, and all four bays are set up to switch between right- and left-handed golfers in minutes.

Do you offer follow-up adjustments after a build?

Yes. Any loft, lie, or length adjustment needed within 30 days of a build is included at no additional charge as your swing settles into the new equipment.

What areas do you serve?

Our studio is on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and we regularly serve golfers throughout Rutherford County, including Smyrna, La Vergne, and Eagleville.
