Built So Weather Never Gets a Vote
Tour Bay Golf exists because too many good fittings were getting undone by wind, heat, and rescheduled appointments before the golfer ever left the range.
Why We Went Indoors First
Before opening in 2016, our founder spent nine seasons running an outdoor fitting cart at a public range, watching good sessions get rained out, blown sideways, or rescheduled twice before a golfer finally got a usable set of numbers. Middle Tennessee summers add their own problem: heat and humidity thick enough to change how a ball carries between your first swing and your fortieth.
None of that is a fitting problem golfers should have to work around. So the studio was built from the ground up as four sealed, climate-controlled bays instead of a cart and a stretch of driving range grass.
Then We Added Dual Tracking
A single radar or a single camera system each have blind spots — radar can lose spin axis on a mishit, camera can struggle with glare. Every bay at Tour Bay Golf runs both systems simultaneously and reconciles the two before a number ever hits your spec sheet, so what you see on screen is data we've already cross-checked, not a single sensor's best guess.
The studio now runs 4 bays across 3,800 square feet, and every fitting fee is credited toward any club purchase made afterward.
What Makes a Session Different Here
Conditions Held Constant
Temperature, humidity, and light stay the same swing to swing and visit to visit — differences in your numbers reflect the gear, not the weather.
Two Systems, One Number
Radar and camera data are reconciled before anything lands on your spec sheet, not taken from a single sensor's readout.
Built In-House, Same Week
We stock components and build on-site, so there's no outside factory queue between your session and your finished clubs.
Independent, Not a Franchise
We're not affiliated with any single club manufacturer and carry no sales quotas from any brand on our demo wall. What we recommend comes from your bay data, full stop. Four bays and an in-house build bench run side by side, so a fitting can move straight into a build without another trip.
